1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between ae365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the ae365 website at https://ae365.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the ae365 platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the ae365 platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or operating an account on ae365.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ae365. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ae365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate balances held therein, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. ae365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ae365 applies KYC procedures to all accounts in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following verification documents before deposits, withdrawals, or continued access to the platform are permitted:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ae365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (United Commercial Bank). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ae365 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or international wire transfers at this time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily aggregate limits are displayed in your ae365 account wallet section and may be updated from time to time. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools may not exceed those self-imposed limits regardless of the platform maximum.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a successful deposit on the same account, and only to the account holder whose name matches the KYC verification documents on file. ae365 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ae365 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. Deposits that are not followed by genuine gaming activity, or patterns of depositing and withdrawing without placing wagers, may trigger a compliance review. ae365 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending the satisfactory completion of such a review, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prize distributions offered by ae365 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry period will be stated in the promotion detail at the time of the offer. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution do not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ae365 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines in good faith that a player or a group of players has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using low-risk or mathematical betting strategies solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting software errors or display discrepancies; or coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus outcomes.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless ae365 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Attempting to activate a second bonus while one is active may result in the new bonus being declined or the existing bonus being forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ae365 are subject to the ae365 Sportsbook Rules published in the platform's help section, which form part of these Terms by reference. ae365 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. 6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

6.3 Casino and Live Casino Rules

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ae365 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, graphics, page layouts, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of ae365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ae365 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the ae365 platform or its content without the prior written consent of ae365. Unauthorised use of ae365's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ae365 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ae365 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer or device damage, or any other commercial or economic losses.

ae365's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player to their ae365 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ae365 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ae365 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the accuracy of the content therein.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ae365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on ae365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ae365 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the ae365 servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ae365 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and account credentials.

ae365 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), KYC verification service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by ae365

ae365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false registration information, or any other conduct that ae365 determines in its reasonable judgement to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of sports or casino events.

12.2 Closure by the Player

Before account closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed to the verified payment method on file. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account, whether initiated by ae365 or the player, the player's right to access the ae365 platform terminates immediately. ae365 will retain the player's personal data for the minimum period required by applicable law and its internal compliance obligations, after which the data will be securely deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

The revised Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ae365 operates as an international online entertainment platform and does not make representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the ae365 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
